[NFBCS] Audio Cutting Out

Hello and Merry Christmas:

I still have not fixed my issue with audio cutting out. I checked the box 
to avoid speech cut-off when using bluetooth headphones or sound cards, 
but that did not work since I am using wired speakers without headphones. 
I also went into the sound card menu within Jaws and changed the setting 
to realtek audio instead of the Windows sound card. The speaker seems to 
turn off after about five minutes of inactivity. What else should I try?
