Hello Brian:

It would appear that access.net is associated with Panix.com. Interestingly
enough, there seems to be no public information as to port numbers and type
of encryption for the incoming/outgoing email servers.

Something is off here.

	hello Tracy.  You really really really don't want to run your e-mail
without SSL turned
on!  Your username and password are transmitted in clear text over the
Internet when you do
that and you run a very very high risk of getting hacked!
Figure out another solution, but don't turn off SSL!
