[NFBCS] ASP.net Nuke

I used to use DotNetNuke years ago from 2007-2010. I hosted 3 clients on
WinHost at the time.

My vision got so bad so I handed off 2 of the clients and the other went
bankrupt during the 2009 RealEstate crash.

When I discovered screen readers & braille. I tried it 6 years ago and
Visual Studio was not accessible back then. They told me to switch to
vscode. Now I do Typescript, and I heard Visual Studio is compatible.

I did DotNetNuke mostly in vb.net. Developed a few custom controls to do
stuff back then, that is now child's play these days. That was in C# .

Cannot be certain about it. Just download Visual Studio and go for it.

Here is an article by Microsoft. Even if visual studio is not accessible
enough you can do your development in vscode, and many are re using vscode

It has been years and it would take me too much time to relearn all their
new tools, the many aspects of vs and asp.net

There is a learning curve in the way it operates, I imagine they updated
their event modelling . They were always clumsy to me.

Good Luck

.

Subject: [NFBCS] ASP.net Nuke

Hello,

Has anyone here worked with websites created in ASP.net Nuke, either as a
user or as a developer? I need to know how accessible using such a website
is, and more importantly how accessible modifying one is. My company is in
the process of redoing our site, and my manager and I are ASP.net coders, so
we've been looking for third party designers to do the full site. We would
then make any updates down the road ourselves. The most recent person uses
Nuke, so I need to know if we would be able to make such updates.

Thank you,

Ryan Stevens
