Dan, I have to agree with you on this concern. I have used Am-Track many 
times and on a regular basis as I visit my grandkids quite a bit. Never have 
I experience anyone follow me or have anything above my seat. I truly don't 
understand where or how this got started. I have always enjoyed the travel 
by train as It is so much more comfortable due to the room given and the 
freedom to get up and move about. Your friend in the cause, Kirk
