[NFBF-L] NFBF Convention Workshop Agenda Items

Greetings Florida:

 

We are excited about our upcoming state convention in Jacksonville in
October! As the planning process continues, I am requesting agenda items
from those committees and divisions that meet at state convention. The
deadline to submit your agenda items is August 15. This deadline is firm and
will not be adjusted; we need enough time to proof and print the agendas in
advance of convention start time. Any updates to the agenda once printing
has begun will only be to the electronic version of the agenda. Inclusion of
workshops and guest speakers is at the discretion of the President. Please
keep your agenda descriptions to no more than three or four sentences;
descriptions may be edited based upon space limitations. 

 

The following standing committees and divisions are currently part of annual
convention meetings: 

*	Legislative Committee 
*	Seniors Committee 
*	Communications Committee 
*	Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee 
*	Florida Association of Guide Dog Users (FLAGDU) Committee 
*	Florida Association of Blind Students (FABS) Division 
*	Deaf Blind Division 

 

Please send all items to me at President at NFBFlorida.or
