Greetings everyone!

You are invited to take part in the next meeting of the NFBF Senior Concerns
Committee, which will be held by Zoom, Thursday, April 1, 2021, at 8:00 PM. 

We thank those of you who submitted suggestions of topics for April. Our
topic this month was submitted by Yvonne Rosanelli: How do you cope with
stress? The pandemic has put many of us under unusual kinds, of stress, but
stress was a part of our lives before the present and it will be with us
after. Everybody, try to come to the meeting with at least one suggestion to
share. If you don't have any favorite techniques for dealing with stress,
then call in to get some suggestions from others. 

We are still looking for suggestions for topics for future meetings, so
please keep your meeting ideas coming. You can text your suggestions to me
