> (within the last 6 months to 1 year) visited TGH for an appointment or procedure. Failing that timeframe, if you have someone who has a clear memory of a TGH visit, we would love to speak with them.

> We are aiming to create a series of focus groups that deal with the positive and negative aspects of those visits as it relates to patients with disabilities. We want to learn from first-hand perspective and experience what we are doing right and where we are falling short so that we can improve our best practices and hospital wide procedures to ensure world class care to all of our patients.
