The January 2011 Braille Monitor contains an article entitled "Jacobus tenBroek and Kenneth Jernigan: The Letter That Started it All." It is a reprint of the letter that Kenneth Jernigan wrote introducing himself to Jacobus ten Broek in 1951. If you haven't read it yet, you should. It is interesting Federation history!
