Our Federation family has lost a true and hard working CHARTER member of the
National Federation of the Blind of Murray!!!  Below you will find the
Obituary and, within it, the description of Sue's HEART: Sue's family,
including the National Federation of the Blind.

 

Etta Sue Rudd. 

 

BENTON - Etta Sue Rudd, 79, of Benton died Friday at Oakview Manor
Healthcare Center in Calvert City. She was a member of the National
Federation of the Blind, Murray Chapter. She is survived by her husband,
Bill Rudd; her daughters, Bonita Rudd of Hopkinsville, Barbara Cunningham of
Benton and Brenda Kimbro of Murray; her stepdaughter, Brenda Walker of
Benton; her son, Bobby Thompson of Benton; her stepson, Randy Rudd of
Benton; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in
death by three brothers, four sisters, one grandchild and three
great-grandchildren. Her parents were Berry Yates and Beulah Williams Yates.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Waller Cemetery in Benton
with Bobby Edmonson and Aubert Rose officiating. Friends may call after 5
p.m. Central Time today, Sunday June 17,  at Collier Funeral Home in Benton.
