[Nfbk] Newsline TV listings

I am curious about an anomaly in the NewsLine TV listings. Channel 416 is
listed as BBC World News. I really want that channel. When I turn to that
number, I get, "Not authorized. To be announced."

I have subscribed to all the channels except those on subscription. Does
anyone know what this means? I am wondering if BBC World News will be on the
channel in the future, or if it is in some areas and not in others.
