My name is Martin Monson, and I am the interim principal of the Kentucky
School for the Blind.  The school has begun the search process for finding
the next principal.  To that end, we are asking community members to
provide some input into the process.  Would you be so kind as to forward
the attached letter to your membership?  In addition to the attached
letter, I have pasted the content below in the event some of your members
don’t have access to Word.

The Kentucky School for the Blind is starting the search process for a new
principal and wanted to get feedback from you.  The first step in the
process is determining what qualities and characteristics you would like in
a principal.  We will take your feedback and combine it with feedback from
other stakeholder groups to develop expectations as part of the job
description when the job is posted.
