[Nfbmd] would like to participate

Ronza I would like to participate. We've got a lot to do before we hit the 
road from Frostburg but I hope we'll get there by 1 PM.  3 O'clock sounds 
good to me if that can be arranged.  I want to avoid 5:00 PM because that 
the time to pick up the registration packets for everybody and if memory 
serves me correctly, the board meeting is at 4:00.
