Hello Susan,
How far is the gym from your house? If it's not a long drive, I would think
a gym membership would be enough, especially if you are talking about
another teen. If it's a teen who has no interest in the membership, but is
willing to drive, then I would think some other ararrangement would need to
be worked out. Gas is certainly getting expensive, so perhaps, on top of the
gym membership, depending on how far the trip is, you might work out paying
$5 to $10 for gas each time.
Generally when the NFBMD hires drivers, or Mark and I hire them personally,
we pay either $12 an hour and mileage, or $15 an hour. This will include any
waiting time. Since your offering the gym membership though, I don't see why
you would have to pay by the hour, especially if the teen is going to work
out at the same time as Jason... He or she would be going to the gym anyway.

Jason hopes to hire a driver this summer mostly to get him back and forth to
his gym. We hope to find a trustworthy teen driver, we will offer the driver
a membership to the gym which is just $100.00. We do not have a clue how
much to actually pay the driver. Any advise is appreciated.
