Hello All,
I’m pleased to share the below announcement regarding the 2016 Summer
Olympics in Rio. For the first time, NBC is offering video description
on primetime Olympics coverage. Please share the below information
with your email lists and friends far and wide. Try testing your
television set-up with audio description now to prepare for next
week’s coverage. For more information about how to set up your
television, visit the ACB Audio Description website at
www.acb.org/adp<http://www.acb.org/adp>.

I want to express my thanks to NBC Universal and Comcast for making
this accessibility to audio description for the Olympics available to
the blind community for the first time. This is a tremendous step
forward in access … and we look forward to continuing coverage of this
type to come in the future.
