Hello all,

 

Please take advantage of the following opportunities that will enhance your
voting experience.  Remember, early voting starts on Thursday, October 25
and ends on November 1.  Voting centers are open from 10 am to 8 pm.
Consult your local Board of Elections to find the nearest voting center to
you.  The General Election day is Tuesday, November 6.  Polls are open from
7 am to 8 pm.

 

To obtain a list of candidates for the various offices and statewide
questions, go to the local channel of NFB Newsline and select General
Election.  

 

Thanks to a partnership between the National Federation of the Blind and
Lyft, you can get a free ride to your polling place and back.  This is for
both early voting and the General Election.  Contact your chapter president
if you are interested in obtaining a ride.  Codes will be given to people
who have no access to public transportation first, and then distributed on a
first-come, first-serve basis.  Chapter presidents may contact Ronza Othman
at rothmanjd at gmail.com <mailto:rothmanjd at gmail.com>  for these codes.
