[NFBMDTLC-Chapter] Reminder: Free October Events/Governor's Proclamation

Hi everyone,

Happy October! This is my favorite time of year - and not because Dunkin'
Donuts starts to carry Pumpkin Spice. It's because this time of year when
curling up with a good book and tea is expected.

October is Dyslexia Awareness Month, World Blindness Month, and Learning
Disabilities Awareness Month. And because of this, Governor Wes Moore of
Maryland proclaimed October *Print Disabilties Month *in Maryland. I have
attached an image of the proclamation as well as a transcript. (Any typos
are mine.)

To celebrate, Maryland LBPD is hosting free events that any and all can
attend. I'm listing them below:
