I also found Cannon's job description very interesting especially his
federal requirements including the State Plan requirement which he has
violated for a decade holding no required public hearings. Another
interesting point here is that his job does indeed require a Bachelor's
degree...Oh my he doesn't have one....

The ultimate point here is that when it comes to the closure of the class
itself it was a direct violtion of the ADA and 504 anti-discrimination
clauses. It is now clear that not only did they use this arcane civil
service requirement to fire Christine which is a violation of the ADA and
504 in of itself, but now all those students by DELEG's own admission here
were illegally discriminated against.

Anyone familiar with the law knows that civil service or even state laws do
not trump federal civil rights laws which the ADA and 504 are.

I found it silly for them to send me PA 260 which apparently no one has
read, but their too alludes to the Rehab Act for authorization. And 504 is a
part of the Rehab Act.

Oh, well Pat Cannon back to school on civil rights for you buddy.

Oh and for the other hacks at DELEG don't you read your own stuff?

Sigh...

Oh and they apparently haven't read FOIA, the OMA or case law as I, just an
average blind guy has done.

Seems like the entire department has turned into one big, incompetent and
highly dysfunctional family.
