Subject: [nfbmi-talk] Information om Maintainance of Equipment

Dear MCB administration,
It has come to my attention that there is a practice of not informing
clients of MCB of all of the options available to them when they are
awarded equipment. Service maintenance Agreement and upgrades are a good
example. In one case, JAWS software was supplied to a client and nothing was
said about any discounted upgrades that would be available down the road.
It does not cost MCB anything to provide this information, so why is it not
available?.
