Colleagues,

 

Attached is just one issue facing the blind in Michigan at the hands of the MCB. Simply they cannot update over and over again even basic directory information in anything remotely approximating a timely manner on their very own web site. 

 

What does this sort of image give Michigan’s people who are blind? What does this and more say about the management of MCB when they can’t even update the directory of BEP operators since April 10 of last year?

 

What does this say about timely delivery of accessible, let alone useful information required by the ADA and other civil rights laws?
