For everyone's information ...
It is nice to have a tree marked with raised character and Braille signage
which is wheelchair accessible.
However each and every building utilized by MCB with the possible exception
now after much consternation of the MCB TC itself violates the ADA
requirements for raised character and Braille signage on every permanent
room throughout the facility.
That includes the State Library, the Victor Office building, the Grand
Rapids office, the UP office, the flint office and the UP office.
These are facts, documented facts and these are years of fundamental and
intentional acts of discrimination in violation of our civil rights by MCB
and, indeed the entire State of Michigan.'
