Note these CIC notes...The maintenance policy was just rammed through and the CIC didn't approve it. But this was precisely the maintenance policy that RSA ruled was totally illegal for SSI/SSDI recipients...

It was this sort of garbage and the heavy hand of the liaison at the time tha caused me to quit the CIC in total disgust.
