[nfbmi-talk] Opinions on audible crosswalks?

Thanks Terri. I'm normally in agreement with you. I'm referring mainly
to a complex intersection with turn lanes, several traffic patterns in
each light cycle, etc. We have several here as well that are not at all
necessary.
