[nfbmi-talk] teaching others and learning from others

Anything we do without asking for rehab funds can be done with no credentials. However, if we asked for rehab funding, we need certifications, etc. as far as I know. Is that right, Christine. Or can one certified rehab teacher supervise people who are not certified. BUT, I think we are just looking for a way to share skills among our members, for a start.

So, if I have this correct, there would be no requirement for being
certified or certification-eligible, if outside the state agency, such as a
contractor?

Only if we are part of the Designated State Unit.
Take a look at the contractors here in Michigan, or in any state, and the
rules of CSPD (The Comprehensive System of Personnel Development) do not
apply to them.

Christine know how that would work.
