Dear Mr. Simmons:
This email is in response to your December 11, 2013 email request for information under the state's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq. This request was received by this office on December 12, 2013.
You have requested information as described in your email (which is also below) as:
"This is a FOIA requesting a copy of the document from the Perkins School for the Blind, indicating they will not pay for services rendered in connection with the "I Can Connect" program received by BSBP in July of 2013."
