Double Tree Hotel Layout:
As you enter the sliding glass doors the front desk is just ahead and
slightly to the right. The guestroom wings are as follows: Arden, San
Joaquin, Folsom, Sutter, El Dorado and Cal Expo. To get to all of the
guestroom wings except Cal Expo come in the front door turn right and
continue on until you enter a carpeted hallway. When it dead ends,
you can turn to the right for the Arden Wing or left to the San
Joaquin Wing. If you pass the San Joaquin Wing you will find the
Health Club, which is a big circle. Go around it to the right and you
will find the three remaining wings in this order: Folsom, Sutter, and
El Dorado. There will be large-print / Braille signs above the
banister at the doorway to these Wings.

To get to the Cal Expo Wing, come in the front door turn left passing
the restaurant and left again down the hall. Walk down the ramp,
follow it around to the left and walk about ten feet to enter the Cal
Expo Wing. Elevators are on your left.

To find our meeting rooms and registration, come in the front door,
turn left and walk past the restaurant. Turn left at the end of the
restaurant, walk down the hall, stay to your right and follow it
around to the right. You will come to the Grand Ballroom. Turn left
and walk about fifty feet, where you will find the stairs and elevator
to the lower level. The Registration will be in the California foyer
of the lower level and all of the meetings will take place in Salons
1, 2, 3, and 4. Don’t forget to pick up your warm chocolate chip
cookie from the front desk when you check in. It makes navigating the
hotel a lot sweeter.
