All,

I have not received to this date the requested accessible 990s (all
schedules), by-laws, etc. referenced here.

Nor have I received the September minutes. Further more minutes are to be
made available in draft form within eight working days as you've all been
advised in case law for the Michigan Open Meetings Act does apply to MPAS,
as does the ADA and 504. They correlate in this regard.
Thus I'm requesting the December 17 2013 minutes in accessible format.
I also want to know why this information isn't routinely posted to MPAS' web
site in accessible form?

In addition I wish for MPAS to put a staff directory with duties and contact
information upon its web site so that PWD can indeed contact the appropriate
people in writing over various issues.

It is very important for people who are blind to get this especially related
to CAP as BSBP doesn't inform in accessible ways blind people of this in
accessible format as documented over and over and over and over!

Now, it is time for MPAS to not only understand the laws that impact us but
also to comply with them!

And if you don't understand them then might I refer you to your own
Information and Referral like your staff did to me on a phone call
yesterday.

Sincerely,

Paul Joseph Harcz, Jr.
