This is a common problem facing people who are blind in accessing all systems and documents in the State of Michigan and belies the contention of Governor Snyder and ADA Compliance Officer Sharon Alston Ellis that all state web sites and indeed documents therein are hunky dory.

In fact to this date DHS is still inaccessable to this blind person, as are hundreds of documents and sites of the State of Michigan!

I am a person who is blind and use a scree reader called Jaws 6.2. This is not a properly tagged pdf document and thus I cannot read it.
