Maybe you are a die-hard fan of American football, or maybe you
usually look around for something else to do or to watch while the
rest of America is partying this time of year while the Big Game is on
TV. Whichever camp you're in, you must not forget that the Super Bowl
is as much about pageantry, performance art, and promotion as it is
about the gridiron. What goes on before the game and in between
bursts of action on the field enthralls many viewers more than the
game itself.

Up till now, much of the pageantry of the Super Bowl has been lost on
those who are blind or visually impaired. Not so any more, thanks to
our good friends at Aira.

Join us on February 13, 2022 for not only the Big Game, but the Puppy
Bowl as well. The Puppy Bowl is an annual television program on
Animal Planet that mimics an American football game similar to the
Super Bowl, using puppies. Shown each year on Super Bowl Sunday, the
show consists of footage of a batch of puppies at play inside a model
stadium, with commentary on their actions. The first Puppy Bowl was
shown on February 6, 2005, opposite Super Bowl XXXIX. The puppies
featured in the Puppy Bowl are from shelters.
The entire program is designed to raise awareness about adopting pets
from shelters and rescuing abandoned animals.

So enjoy the Puppy Bowl, the pre-game festivities, the halftime show,
the Big Game itself--and of course the commercials--with live visual
interpreting by an Aira Agent.

Registration is open up to one hour prior to the beginning of the
first event--in other words, until noon Eastern Time on Sunday,
February 13. It is free of charge, regardless of whether you are a
paying Aira Explorer or not.

After you've submitted your registration form you will receive an
email with your personal link to the webinar. This link you'll be
sent is personal to yourself; please do not share with others.

Please take note that when you register, you will not find a direct
reference to the name "Super Bowl" on the Aira site, due to respect
for copyright rules. So don't be confused or think you've landed in
the wrong place on the Internet.

Enjoy!
