Hello AERnet friends,
I have sent out an earlier request about a few weeks ago about finding
information on braille/audio format adaptive/assistive technology and
employment.  Thank you to those who have replied.  This time, I have
attached a survey.  I am asking you all to do one of two things (which ever
applies to you).  First, if you are blind/visually impaired and employed,
would you consider completing the survey for me.  Or, second, if you work
with employed or recently employed people with visual impairments, would you
ask them if they do not mind taking a few minutes of their time to complete
a survey for me.  This is for a research paper that I am writing for one of
my TVI college classes.  Please have all survey results e-mailed to me
directly at jezu36 at yahoo.com.  Thank you for all your time, energy and
effort.
