[Gary Wunder]

I have made selections for the Washington Seminar. The four selected for the
stipend are:
Dan Flasar, St. Louis; Debbie Wunder, Columbia; Jeff Wright, Kansas City;
and Roger Hanger, Kansas City. We had eight folks apply this year and this
is encouraging. I have tried to have a balance geographically, send some old
blood, and add some new blood to the mix.
 
Thanks to all who applied and to all who will support with letters and calls
to do the follow-up.

P.S. This year I will be going to DC but my job will be to do work for the
Monitor. I will help where I can, but I will not be asking for Affiliate
funding even though it has been generously authorized in the past.
