[Nfbmo] State convention past and future

Hi all, I agree with many of the comments already made here. I found that the hotel was understaffed but very nice. We never got our room cleaned on Friday. Maybe they were a little over helpful, but they never imposed themselves upon me. I loved the guide dog relief area, and I was so grateful that Gene worked with the hotel to make that happen so nicely. I thought the sound system was fantastic. I remember in years past when we struggled with mics and loudness. Gene, as always, did an excellent job. The Lewis and Clark were awesome hosts. As for the secret ballot issue. Lets get two boxes, and perhaps the nominating committee should choose our counters and box passers ahead of time.

Some higher ups believed the blind should only have certain views; if you did not tow the line you suffered in various ways.
