[NFBMO] Past Affiliate Award Winners

Greetings, 

As an invitation for nominations has gone out for one of the affiliate awards and
since no person can receive, per long established practice, the Jernigan or
tenBroek award more than once I have attached the lists of the past winners here
from the archives. .   This hopefully answers the annual questions  of who has
received either of these awards.
