[NFBMV] Minutes for 12/8/2018

Attached please find the minutes from our meeting last weekend.  Thanks to
all of those who played a part in putting on our Christmas party.

As part of this meeting, we held our biannual elections.  The new board
consists of:

Vice-President: Karen Warner
Treasurer: Tim Janning
Secretary: Robert Spangler
Board Member-At-Large: Sheila Hardy-Wilson
