After posting, it was brought to my attention in Joe's opening comments that
it was listed as Saturday, November 4th as the last day of the convention.

It should have read Sunday, November 4th.

I'm proud to provide the pre registration form for the 42nd state
convention, Live The Life You Want; Blind With Vision from Thursday,
November 1 through Saturday, November 4, 2018

If you print, the pre registration form is printed on 8 1/2 by 14 inches.

If mailing back to me, I just need the short version, see below.

Please make sure that all information requested is needed for record keeping
purposes.

The pre registration form is located on the state website and on Newsline.

You will need to use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari to complete the online
registration form due to PayPal dropping support for Internet Explorer
earlier this year.

Several members have asked me if donations to assist others to attend will
be acceptable.  For those that would like to provide a gift, please make
check payable to NFBNJ and mail to
