A special conference call will be held by Tony Santiago, Board Member and
Chair of our Activities and Events Committee to discuss our Winter
Challenge. It is very important to find activities that will keep us active
during the winter months. We are inside a lot and have to find ways to move
around, stay active, exercise and maintain good health.

BlindAlive has created a huge collection of audio described exercise
videos. These videos are for all levels of fitness from beginner to advance
and geared for the blind and visual impaired. The NFBNJ Sports and
Recreation Division has made these videos available, via our webpage.

The Challenge is to see how many of these videos we can download and
complete this winter. These videos are so good that you’ll surely make some
or all of them part of your normal exercise routine, or you can use them to
create an exercise routine that suits you. Remember, that these are free,
and all it will cost you is a little time and effort.

Take advantage of this very generous gift of health and fitness. Let’s
challenge ourselves to come out of our comfort zone and become a stronger,
