Subject: updated schedule and listening links for out of sight radio
Hi joe as per your request here is the updated link and my schedule of radio
shows for distribution on the NFBNJ distribution list. Wanted to wait until
after national convention. Message follows. Hello federation friends.
My radio show is going well and I now even have a brand news show added to
the schedule. The out of sight licensing issue has been resolved and I have
also submited updated information to the editor of the braille monitor. If
you???d like to listen tune to my rock and soul review every Monday,
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning at 9:00 eastern. It is also heard on
Saturday evening at 9:00 eastern, and Sunday afternoon at 2:00 eastern on
the following link. http://player.live365.com/a21790 when the link
opens just hit click to play. Our tunein radio is updated to so you can
listen on that with the iPhone app. You can also listen on an iPhone with
the live 365 app. If you have an echo or a dot or a google home or minny,
it???s easy to listen too out of sight radio. On the echo simply tell it to
open live 365. When it opens, it will then prompt you either for a station
or type of music. Just then say, ???play out of sight radio. You have to
remember say that word play because if you don???t it thinks you want a type
of music and it won???t recognize it. And now in addition to the show I
mentioned above tune in on Tuesday evening at 9:00 for my brand new show ken???s
dance mix. It???s 3 solid hours of deep disco or danceable rock or whatever I
think fits. My fello members of the sports and rec division especially will
want to tune in for that one Huh? And finally requests. To request to any
of our shows simply email radio at out-of-sight.net. Keep in mind that those
emails go to all the DJs so please specify what show and who it???s for when
you email. You can see our weekly updated schedule of live shows on
www.out-of-sight.net/radio. And we even take requests via skype. When the
skype is opened the name to use is out-of-sight radio. That???s out dash of
dash sight space radio. We even have a phone number to call us when the
skype is active. Just call 860-881-2221 when skype is active. Remember
that is a Connecticut area code so if you are on a landline you might have a
long distance charge. Remember you can also look for us on a victor reader
stream since we are on the otunes database too. When we aren???t live we have
all kinds of music in the auto DJ. When we first launched on live 365 my
former roommate from oakhill school for the blind in Hartford our station
manager bill had 1500 songs loaded into the automater. He has more in there
now from the 50s right up to the here and now. And the best part is we don???t
have consultants telling us what and what not to play. When we get a request
that we don???t have, and when we get that song or songs onto our external
hard drives or computers they stay there. So tune in. I think I can say
with great pride, that you can take anything out of sight radio does and put
it against anything you hear on broadcast radio either terrestrial or
satellite. It???s all the proof in the pudding that out of sight radio is
truly your blind spot on the internet, and it???s your hot spot on the
internet.
