The Presbyterian Home at Stafford is an 84 unit public housing project 
designed to meet the needs of senior citizens age 62 and over. Applications 
are accepted without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, 
disability or familial status.

The project was constructed in 2005 and rent subsidies are awarded by the 
United States Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The monthly rent amount 
for each resident is calculated by the guidelines set forth by HUD. Rent is 
based upon 30% of income.

Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements set forth by 
HUD:

*      Age 62 years or over

*      Maximum annual income: (1 person) $38,850 or (2 people) $40,950

*      Residents pay 30% of their income for rent

*      Monthly rent includes heat, water, and sewer tax
