Introduction: “How to Live a Long, Healthy and Purposeful Life”

Have you ever wondered how long you will live? At one time or another most
people ponder that question. If asked right now if you could choose how
many years you would like to live, what would you say?

Please take a moment to ask yourself that question.

Did any of you choose 120 years? Humans can actually live to be 120 years
old and more.

Would any of you like to live to be 120 years?

Again, please take a moment to ask yourself that question.

Most people don’t want to live to be 120 because they imagine they will
need to be cared for physically, mentally or financially and they don’t
visualize life at that age to be fulfilling. This is the perception of old
age.

But if it were possible to be self-sufficient physically, mentally and
financially and that life would be filled with purpose, would you like to
live to be 120? Most say “Yes, then I would like to live to be 120.”

Based on the book “I’ve Decided to Live 120 Years” by NY Times bestselling
author, the presentation next Tuesday will teach you the ancient secret to
longevity vitality and life transformation. It will challenge you to
radically rethink your ideas on aging, health, personal fulfillment and
what’s possible in your lifetime and it will guide you how to live a
healthy, happy and purposeful life through self-reliance; a powerful way to
see one’s own potential, strength and capacity to bring about change.

To summarize the essence of the presentation, this is a quote from the
book, “I’ve Decided to Live 120 Years”:

“What people ultimately want isn’t money, cool cars, expensive clothing or
lofty titles. It’s not material values, like attainment

of wealth and social status. What they want is the feeling that they

can live freely and independently, the feeling of loving and being loved,
the feeling that their lives are precious and valuable, the feeling that
they’re contributing to something bigger than themselves.

In short, people want, more than anything else, the inner satisfaction that
comes from the realization of their highest values.”
