SURVEY: We Want to Hear From You

Each year, Disability Rights New Jersey is required to conduct a public
input survey to gather information to assist in setting our priorities,
goals and objectives for the next fiscal year.

Beyond being merely a required activity, this survey seeks to get direct
feedback and input from a wide range of respondents involved in our state’s
disability discussion. This valuable input helps Disability Rights NJ make
decisions about the work we will do, including the cases we will accept.

Who do we want to hear from?

   - People with disabilities
   - Family and friends of individuals with disabilities
   - Stakeholders and advocates
   - State agency representatives
   - Disability service providers, caregivers, and support personnel
   - Other individuals and agencies involved in disability advocacy and
   service provision

On average, the survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and is
available now through August 30th. If you know of someone who would prefer
to respond using a paper form, send us their name and address and we will
send them a form along with a stamped return envelope so they can
participate.
