[NFBNJ] Free rides to vaccination sites - call 211

NJ 211 is coordinating free rides to confirmed vaccine appointments through
our United Way Worldwide Ride United and Lyft program. We currently have
9,550 free rides to disperse between now and July 2022.

·         Free ride available to and from confirmed vaccine appointments

·         Free ride to second confirmed vaccine appointment

·         Available statewide, wherever Lyft operates

·         Two options: Codes or Concierge Service

Codes can be given to individuals so they can arrange rides themselves

NJ 211 specialist can arrange the rides

·         Individuals with foldable wheelchairs or walkers can be
accommodated

·         No eligibility requirements other than a confirmed vaccine
appointment and vaccine site
