With sadness I must advise you that Claudia Schreiber, who was indeed a
leader in the NJ blind community passed away this afternoon. I am told her
exit from this life was very peaceful and her children were by her side.

Claudia was an inspiration and an enthusiastic advocate in the blind
community. She taught tactile art lessons for the SHORE program, was an
ASPIRE Facilitator for four groups, member of CRO's CAB, and board member
of Vision Loss Alliance and the NJ Blind Citizen's Association. She was
supportive of all blindness groups and organizations statewide and if there
was an event, it wasn't unusual to see her there. She was a great lady - a
friend and mentor to many and will surely be missed.

The funeral service will be on Wednesday, June 2nd at 1:00 p.m.

It will be held at Bloomfield Cooper Memorial Chapel
