[NFBNJ] Reminder: Extremely Important: Updated 49th State Convention APA Hotel Reservation Process and Pre-Registration Link

Thank you to those of you who have already made your reservations. The room
block is not sold out however it is filling up so please don’t hesitate to
make your reservations Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. If you
have already called and they told you the room block is sold out that is
incorrect. Again, please ask for Cheyenne and call Monday through Friday
from 830 AM to 4:30 PM. See details below.

The APA hotel has implemented a new process for our conventioneers for
hotel reservations. Meet Cheyenne, she will be our point of contact for
rooming reservations. Please feel free to contact her between 8 AM to 4:30
PM at 732-603-7792. If necessary, you can email her at

The reservation block closes on October 10 or when our lock is full. Our
reservation block is as follow:
Wednesday, October 22

Four King Size Rooms
Four Double Queen Rooms
Thursday, October 23

Four King Size Rooms
Thirty Double Queen Rooms
Friday, October 24

Four King Size Rooms
Thirty Double Queen Rooms
Saturday, October 24

Four King Size Rooms
Thirty Double Queen Rooms

If our block of rooms sells out, if possible, I will try to renegotiate an
increase.  We are not the only event at the hotel. Don’t hesitate to make
your reservations ASAP! Check-in time is 3 PM; check-out time is 11 AM.

Please keep-in mind our reduced meal options are only available through
pre-registration and will not be available after October 10. Don’t wait –
