*Community Connection Call*

*The Positive Tool of Using Laughter*

*as a*

*Method of Connection and Enhancing Well Being.*

*Wednesday, may 20, 2026 | 10:30am to 12:00pm*

*Hosted by Krystle Allen, CBVI Community Outreach Specialist *

Did you know the experience of laughter positively impacts your immune
system over time?

And that the physical, social, and psychological tools we all have can be
triggered by laughter?

*What makes you laugh?*

It is important that we find humor as part of identifying joy, overcoming
pain, and getting through difficult life situations. Has another person’s
laughter ever helped you come out of a negative thought or shifted your
feelings of worry to feelings of ease or relief?

If any of these inquiries apply to you or someone you know then this is the
NJ CBVI Community Connection Call for you.

Join us as we observe *National Laughter Month* with techniques to preserve
our mental health. Tune into tips that encourage women’s health while we
show appreciation for *National Nurses Day*. Let’s identify how all of
these topics and associated tools are connected to laughter.

Tell a friend to tell a friend!
