[Nfbofsc] Update on S.687 - Blind Person's Right to Parent Act

I'm delighted to report that S.687 received favorable consideration today.  A huge thank you goes to Jennifer Bazer who once again stepped up to the plate and hit a home run.  

The bill will now be considered by the full House Judiciary Committee.  See you tomorrow for Advocacy Day on the State House grounds.
