[NFBofSC] Upcoming Closed Board meeting.

Hello David,

WE the state affiliate being a Non Profit Organization there is nothing that is confidential. Since the 2020 election and many discussions on the Palmetto connects it has been pledged for total transparency. All meetings since covid has started has been open including the state board meetings except the last one. Precedence has already been set. The Bi-Laws which supposedly allows the board to be closed  that I was instructed to obtain from the NFB learning Center could not be found or obtained

I guess there’s always F.O.I.A.
