This is a documentary about the virus and the doctor discusses the scientific facts about it as well as steps we can take to protect our immune system. He discusses natural ways of how we can boost our immune system during this time. He is a medical doctor but also believes in complementary and alternative medicine. It is a long documentary, so I’m sure not everyone will want to sit there and watch the whole thing, but I figured I would share for anyone that’s interested.
