[NFBP-Talk] Opinion on best GPS Apps?

For pedestrian travel, Microsoft Soundscape is pretty good.
Google Maps is good for turn-by-turn, for vehicle and pedestrian
For Transit, I heard MoveIt and The Transit App are good, but haven't tried
them in quite some time.
There's a new one called GoodMaps Explore, but it's still in its early
stages, mainly for locating points of interest and nearest intersections.
For really good vehicle directions and traffic/ hazard reports, Waze is
probably the best, but it's not the most accessible.
I've figured out how to use it pretty well, but you have to turn on screen
recognition to access most features after first opening the app. Then once
you double-tap the search tab, you can turn screen recognition off and
navigate through it normally.
Hope this helps.
