[NFBSea] Rescheduling March 16th meeting

Hi All,
I will be going to CSUN. My vote is to reschedule the meeting, however
I can definitely understand folks wanting to keep the meeting time
consistent. If you're not attending CSUN and have thoughts on this,
please feel free to chime in here. Personally either March 9 or March
26 would work for me.
