[NFBSea] July secretary's notes and president's announcement

Hello all,

               Attached are the secretary's notes for July's meeting. I was
acting secretary. I wanted to share that I will be stepping away briefly
from the Greater Seattle Chapter to prepare for my upcoming baby. Kristen
will be stepping in as acting president while I am gone. Please reach out to
