[Nfbsf] BART Customer Service response

as I remember, at least one or two members of in our s.f. group  is on the board members  of BART  can they  express their concern about the fair gate problem  in their  committee meeting? 
My next thought is how about we form a group and talk to  some BART authority about our  concern.   
I have some idea for making a safer gate.
when it is  involving our safety, we should really try to stop before the gates is installed for all stations.
